(Alliance News) - Casino operator Rank Group PLC on Wednesday said it has signed a new two-year GBP25 million revolving credit facility with Lloyds Bank.
The new bank facility is in addition to Rank's existing GBP55 million RCF and remaining GBP108.4 million term loan.
"The facility provides the group with additional liquidity and the opportunity, when we are confident that the group is delivering sustainable positive cashflows, to accelerate investment in the group's transformation plan," the company said.
Shares in Maidenhead, Berkshire-based Rank Group were down 0.7% at 183.00 pence in London on Wednesday.
