LONDON (Alliance News) - Rangers International Football Club PLC said Thursday that the group of shareholders who had requisitioned a general meeting to attempt to out current directors Craig Mather, Brian Stockbridge and Bryan Smart had withdrawn their requisition.
It said that it could confirm that all of the current directors will remain in office, that it would not appoint any further Directors, and it continues to seek a new Chairman.
Rangers shares closed down 0.04 pence at 49.96 pence Thursday afternoon.
