LONDON (Alliance News) - Rangers International Football Club PLC on Wednesday said James Easdale has stepped down from his position as a non-executive director on the club's board with immediate effect.
Easdale was among the directors set to face a vote on their future, after shareholder Dave King tabled proposals to remove the club's entire board.
The club is set to hold a meeting to vote on those proposals on March 6.
Shares in Rangers were up 3% to 34.00 pence on Wednesday.
