LONDON (Alliance News) - Ranger Direct Lending Fund PLC on Wednesday declared an 85 pence per share special dividend, following an agreement to sell its current receivables.
The investment fund is in the process of winding up, either selling or refinancing its investment portfolio, and will sell its receivables for USD18.2 million. Ranger Direct is also looking to sell a small portfolio of charge-off loans for USD191,235.
The special dividend will be paid on November 16 and will be in addition to the second quarter dividend of 43.93 pence, which was announced in late September.
Shares in Ranger Direct closed up 2.6% at 786.00 pence on Wednesday.
