LONDON (Alliance News) - Ranger Direct Lending Fund PLC said Thursday it is not progressing with a potential C share issue at this stage.
However, the fund said it continues to see net returns in line with its 12% to 13% target, net asset value growth in line with expectations, and said it "looks forward to providing its shareholders with progressively higher dividends as it achieves full deployment of its capital."
Shares in Ranger Direct Lending were up 1.1% at 1,040.00 pence Thursday afternoon.
