LONDON (Alliance News) - Insurance company Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd on Thursday said its European unit has signed a new program underwriting partnership with CPD Underwriting Solutions Ltd.
Under the deal, the companies will offer private motor and household insurance coverage.
Colin Johnson, chief executive of European Program Management at Randall & Quilter, said: "We are confident that our pipeline of opportunities will see us become a major force in the coming months as we expand into other European states and different classes of business."
Chris Dixon, CEO of CPD added: "In the days of continuing financial uncertainty this arrangement provides a great deal of security."
Randall & Quilter shares were trading 1.2% higher on Thursday at 168.00 pence each.
