LONDON (Alliance News) - Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd on Tuesday said it received valid applications to issue the maximum amount of shares under a previously announced open offer.
The company has therefore issued 4.5 million new shares under the open offer, raising GBP7 million.
Together with the 65.4 million shares it placed at the beginning of February, at a price of 153 pence each, the insurance company raised a total of GBP107 million.
Admission to trading on AIM is expected on Wednesday, following which Randall & Quilter will have 195.8 million shares in issue.
Randall & Quilter shares were untraded on Tuesday at 162.00 pence each.
