(Alliance News) - Quiz PLC on Wednesday said it has reopened its online operations after halting internet sales and suspending distribution centre operations in March.
The fashion retailer said its website is now fully functional although offering only standard delivery services. Its high street stores remain closed.
Quiz said it has significantly reduced the number of employees working at its distribution centre in order to allow safe social distancing. It also has implemented safety measures such as deep cleaning and the provision of personal protection equipment for its employees.
The move follows a similar decision by industry leader Next PLC, which resumed online fashion and homeware sales on Tuesday.
The stock was trading 14% higher at 6.21 pence each on Wednesday morning in London.
