LONDON (Alliance News) - Quartix Holdings PLC saw its shares rise in early dealings Thursday, after it started trading on London's AIM market.
The company, which supplies vehicle tracking systems, said last week its selling shareholders raised GBP11.4 million in a share placement ahead of its listing. They placed 9.8 million shares, or a 21% stake in the business, at 116 pence, giving the company an initial market capitalisation of GBP54.1 million.
Its shares were trading at 119 pence Thursday morning.
