LONDON (Alliance News) - Quartix Holdings PLC said Thursday that Chief Operating Officer Ed Ralph will leave the company at the end of October.
Ralph will work with the firm to hand over of his responsibilities, mainly to Chief Executive Officer Andy Walters, during October.
Looking at its operations, the firm confirmed it expects revenue and profit for 2018 to be "at least" in line with current market expectations.
Quartix shares were untraded at 280.0 pence each on Wednesday.
