(Alliance News) - IQGeo Group PLC on Monday said 23.8 million shares were tendered under its tender offer, around 33% of the company's share capital in issue.
The buyback was priced at 46 pence per share, putting the buyback's total cost at GBP11.0 million. Of the total number of buyback shares, 84% were validly tendered.
Following the offer, the geospatial software firm will have 49.5 million shares in issue.
Shares in IQGeo closed down 3.5% at 41.52 pence in London on Monday.
