LONDON (Alliance News) - PuriCore PLC said Thursday that it had signed a marketing and distribution agreement with Japan-based Ueno Corp for its wound treatment Vashe Wound Therapy in 15 Middle Eastern and North African countries.
PuriCore expects this agreement to generate USD9.0 million in revenue for it over the next three years. The first shipments of Vashe will begin in this quarter, PuriCore said. PuriCore retains all intellectual property related to Vashe.
"Promising international marketing agreements, such as this one, offer significant opportunity for long-term growth for our Wound Care product line in new geographies," said Executive Chairman Michael Ashton in a statement.
Shares in PuriCore were trading up 12% at 45.53 pence Thursday morning.
