LONDON (Alliance News) - PuriCore PLC Tuesday said Michael Ashton will step down as the chief executive at the company's annual general meeting in June next year.
PuriCore said its board has initiated the search for a successor to Ashton, who will remain at the company as a non-executive director.
The company also said Marella Thorell, its current chief financial officer, is to become its chief operating officer in addition to her current role.
PuriCore shares were untraded on Tuesday, quoted at 34.50 pence.
