(Alliance News) - PureTech Health PLC on Tuesday announced the acquisition of voice-enabled survey and data acquisition platform NeuroLex Laboratories Inc by its affiliate Sonde Health.
The clinical-stage biotherapeutics company said the transaction did not involve any financial participation from PureTech.
NeuroLex Chief Executive Jim Schwoebel is to become vice president at Sonde Health as part of the agreement.
Sonde Health is a vocal biomarker technology platform that detects health symptoms from a few seconds of voice.
PureTech Health shares were down 1.1% at 268.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
