LONDON (Alliance News) - PureTech Health PLC on Monday said it has hired Michael MacLean as its new chief financial officer and executive vice-president.
He joins the company from storage and information management company Iron Mountain Inc, where he was chief financial officer of the company's North American business. He is also a former executive of Biogen, the pharmaceutical company.
"We are pleased to welcome Michael to PureTech as our chief financial officer. His wealth of experience in finance and accounting across multiple disciplines, including deal structuring and acquisitions in the healthcare sector, will be a great addition to PureTech as our growth stage companies move towards commercialisation," said PureTech Chief Executive Daphne Zohar.
PureTech shares were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 145.00 pence.
