LONDON (Alliance News) - Biopharmaceutical company PureTech Health PLC said Tuesday that it has appointed Joep Muijrers as chief financial officer.
Muijrers joins from life sciences-focused trans-Atlantic investor group LSP, where he was a partner and portfolio manager for 11 years since 2007. Prior to that he was the director for Corporate finance and Capital Markets at Dutch bank ABN AMRO Bank NV.
"We are delighted to have Joep join PureTech Health and bring his diverse experience in life sciences and impressive track record of significant value creation to our team as we enter this next important phase of our growth," said Chief Executive Daphne Zohar.
Shares in PureTech Health were flat at 150.00 pence on Tuesday.
