(Alliance News) - PRS REIT PLC on Tuesday said it is in active discussions with "a number of interested parties" about a potential sale of the company.
The Manchester, England-based real estate investment trust said at the end of October that it is undertaking a strategic review which would consider all options for the company including a potential sale.
The company said it has now made a dataroom available as part of the formal sale process.
PRS REIT said it will "continue to explore all the options available" and will focus on "maximising value for the company's shareholders".
It said it will provide a further update on the process in the first quarter of 2025.
PRS REIT shares were up 0.7% to 103.96 pence in London on Tuesday morning. It has a market capitalisation of GBP572.1 million.
