LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile commerce company Proxama PLC on Monday said it has signed a long-term exclusive deal with Ubiquitous, the largest provider of taxi advertising in the UK.
Under the deal, Proxama's marketing division will install Bluetooth Low Energy Beacons in up to 4,000 black cabs in the UK to provide content-relevant marketing to passengers.
Proxama did not provide any financial details on the three-year contract.
Shares in Proxama were up 8.1% to 1.3239 pence on the news, one of the best performers in the AIM All-Share.
