LONDON (Alliance News) - Proximity marketing company Proxama PLC on Wednesday said it has signed an agreement with payments company Stanchion Payment Solutions.
Under the deal, card issuers and processors will be able to design new services using Proxama and Stanchion technology, including near-field communication mobile payments and advanced PIN management.
Proxama did not provide any financial details on the deal.
Shares in the company were down 4.2% to 1.2939 pence on Wednesday morning.
