LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile commerce company Proxama PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed John Kennedy as its interim chief executive officer.
Kennedy will take on the role in addition to its existing position as chief financial officer and will remain in place until Proxama appoints a permanent successor to Neil Garner, who stepped down in May.
Garner is staying on Proxama's board to lead the strategic development of the company's new technologies, products and partnerships.
Proxama shares were down 1.0% to 1.68333 pence on Wednesday.
