LONDON (Alliance News) - Provident Financial PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Rob Anderson has stepped down on Tuesday after over nine years' tenure.
"Rob has made a significant contribution throughout his time with the company, bringing valuable insight from his broad experience in both retail and operations," said Chairman Patrick Snowball.
"On behalf of the board and all at Provident Financial, I wish him all the very best," added Snowball.
Shares in the subprime lender were trading 1.3% higher on Wednesday at 612.20 pence each.
