LONDON (Alliance News) - ProVen VCT PLC and ProVen Growth & Income VCT PLC on Monday said they have launched a combined offer offer for subscription to raise GBP60 million.
The two venture capital trusts said the offer will also include an over-allotment facility of up to GBP20 million in the near future.
The companies did not disclose any further detail regarding the number of shares to be placed or the price of the issue.
ProVen VCT shares were untraded at 103.00 pence each on Monday with ProVen Growth & Income VCT shares also untraded at 67p.
