LONDON (Alliance News) - ProPhotonix Ltd on Thursday said it has signed two-year supply deal for customer LED illumination devices with an unnamed drug delivery products manufacturer.
ProPhotonix said deliveries are expected to start in the second half of 2015 and continue through to May 2017. It said it expects to generate EUR975,000 in revenue from the agreement should the full order be taken up.
"This project illustrates an ever increasing trend ProPhotonix is seeing, where it is an absolute necessity to have in-house engineering design expertise in optics, electronics, mechanics, materials, software and manufacturing and for compete integration between these functional areas to meet customers' specification and target price," said Tim Losik, ProPhotonix's chief executive.
Shares in ProPhotonix were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 1.76 pence.
