LONDON (Alliance News) - ProPhotonix Ltd said Tuesday that it has extended its agreement with Alava Ingenieros Group to include distribution of its laser module products in Spain and Portugal.
ProPhotonix is a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems, laser diode modules and a distributor of premium vendor's laser diodes
The company has appointed Alava Ingenieros Group as its exclusive distributor of its laser module products in Spain and Portugal as it aims to further expand its market share in the countries. ProPhotonix said key areas for development will be industrial, scientific and medical applications.
Alava Ingenieros specialises in the supply of high technology products and engineering services across a wide range of sectors.
ProPhotonix appointed the company as its exclusive distributor for its machine vision lighting products in Spain and Portugal in April this year.
Shares in the company were Tuesday morning trading 11.11% higher at 3.75 pence per share.
