(Alliance News) - Property Franchise Group PLC said Thursday it has appointed Gareth Samples as chief executive officer designate, with the intent that he will take up the role in the second half of 2020.
He will be replacing Ian Wilson, who is retiring after seven years in the role since 2013.
Samples has managing director at multi-channel marketing platform Briefyourmarket.com for eight years since 2012, and is also chair at LegalforLandlords, a landlords-focused insurance and professional services provider for six years since 2014.
"I'm enormously pleased to announce the appointment of Gareth as CEO Designate. Gareth's excellent credentials in agency are well known and his vision and experience will prove invaluable as the board endeavour to maximise the many and exciting opportunities that present themselves to our group," said Non-Executive Chair Richard Martin.
Shares in Property Franchise Group - which is based in Bournemouth, UK - were down 3.1% at 225.90 pence on Thursday in London.
