Progility Warns Final Few Months Trading To Be "Disappointing"

29th Jun 2015 06:58

LONDON (Alliance News) - Progility PLC said Monday trading for its final few months of the year to end-June is expected to be "disappointing", with earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, amortisation and after central costs to be "markedly below expectations."

The management services company said at the time of its interim results in March that its results for the full year would be heavily dependent on its trading in the final few months. It noted Monday that almost all of its divisions are trading profitably, however, and its revenue is up over 50% compared to the previous year.

It is taking actions to address its underlying business performance and establish its platform "ever more firmly to facilitate future growth." It continues to make strategic process, and says it now has a new senior management team in place.

Progility expects to announce its final results in the first two weeks of September.
