Proactis Secures Long-Term Contract From German Firm

23rd Sep 2019 14:08

(Alliance News) - Proactis Holdings PLC said Monday it has signed a long-term contract with German construction products provider Dywidag Systems International.

No financial details or the value of the contract was disclosed by Proactis.

The new contract won by the procurement software developer is part of its strategic decision to focus more tightly on a specific market segment with a more focussed product portfolio to improve its performance in the US, France and Germany.

"We are delighted to have won our first customer in Germany under the new strategy outlined during April 2019. We believe it is an early validation of our strategy to focus on a specific market segment in all of the geographies where we compete and that our product portfolio is a highly relevant proposition to that segment," said Proactis Chief Executive Officer Tim Sykes.

"Further, our teams are very capable and are adapting well to the new strategy as we seek to build equivalent new business performance in Germany, France and the US to that which we already achieve in the Netherlands and the UK," Sykes added.

Shares in Proactis were up 3.7% at 53.40 pence in London on Monday afternoon.
