LONDON (Alliance News) - Proactis Holdings PLC Tuesday said it raised proceeds of GBP700,000 after non-executive Chairman Alan Aubrey and non-executive Director Rodney Potts subscribed for shares.
Proactis said that Potts subscribed for 1.3 million shares at a price of 50 pence per share, while Aubrey subscribed to 100,000 shares.
Potts now holds 8.9 million shares in the company, representing a 23.6% stake in the company. Aubrey holds 1.0 million shares, representing a 2.8% shareholding.
Proactis shares were up 2.2% at 55.70 pence per share Tuesday afternoon.
