LONDON (Alliance News) - Business software and services firm Proactis Holdings PLC said Thursday it anticipates it will meet expectations for its first half to the end of January.
The company did not say whether these expectations were internal or market forecasts, but it said it expects to report revenue of GBP8.7 million for the half year, up from GBP8.4 million a year before.
Proactis said that both its order book and pipeline for new deals remain strong.
Following the half year end the company completed its acquisition of Due North Ltd, which it said adds 300 new customers to the group and is an earnings enhancing acquisition with cross-selling opportunities and operational synergies in the short and medium term.
Proactis will report interim results April 27.
Shares in Proactis were down 2.0% at 118.10 pence Thursday morning.
