LONDON (Alliance News) - Pro Global Insurance Solutions PLC Friday said it has appointed Paul Mooney as chief financial officer, replacing Simon Byrne who is to step down from the role.
The company said it is "fortunate" that in Mooney it has a very strong successor who has held a number of chief financial officer roles in the past.
Pro Global shares closed up 4.4% at 11.48 pence Friday.
