(Alliance News) - Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd said Monday its investment adviser Partners Group has agreed to exit its investment in Dutch catering and hospitality firm Vermaat Groep BV.
The private equity firm will fully realise its investment in Vermaat, receiving estimated proceeds of EUR17.8 million, compared to a carrying value of EUR14.0 million as at August 31.
Subject to approval from the Dutch Works Council and other regulatory bodies, Vermaat will be acquired by private equity group Bridgepoint Capital.
Shares in Princess Private Equity were up 0.2% at 861.10 pence on Monday.
