LONDON (Alliance News) - Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd on Thursday said it has sold its controlling interest in US security services company Universal Services of America.
Princess' investment adviser, Partners Group, handled the sale, which is expected to close in the coming weeks. No financial details were disclosed.
Princess said the exit valuation was higher than its carrying value at the end of May 2015 and this will be reflected in its net asset value as of June 30.
Princess shares were up 1.8% to 7.73545 pence on Thursday.
