LONDON (Alliance News) - Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd on Tuesday reported a rise in its net asset value on a total return basis in 2015.
The trust said its total return on NAV was 18% in 2015, boosted mainly by its direct investments in VAT Vakuumventile AG, MultiPlan and Action.
"With the continuing strong trading performance of the majority of the underlying investments, the high number of realisations and the further transition towards a direct investment company, I am confident that Princess is well positioned to further create value for its shareholders in the future," Chairman Brian Human said in a statement.
Shares in Princess Private Equity closed up 0.7% at 7.05 pence on Tuesday.
