16th May 2018 18:03

LONDON (Alliance News) - Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd said Wednesday that Chairman Brian Human will stand down at the end of August and will be replaced by Non-Executive Director Richard Battey.

Battey - who has been on the board since 2009 - will become chairman in August. Human will retire from the company totally in November in order to allow time for an orderly succession.

Battey stepped down as chairman of the audit, risk and management engagement committee and Non-Executive Director Stephen Le Page - who was appointed to the board in 2017 - has replaced him.

In addition, Fergus Dunlop - on the board since 2009 - resigned as a director of the company with immediate effect.
