(Alliance News) - Primary Health Properties PLC said Thursday Deputy Chair Helen Mahy will retire in April following the merger with healthcare focused property peer MedicX Fund Ltd.
Mahy was the chair of MedicX from Februarry 2018 until the merger completed in March. She will retire from the Primary Health board in April, at the annual general meeting of the firm.
"On behalf of the board, I wish to thank Helen for her role in the success of the merger with MedicX, in helping oversee the integration of the two businesses and for the perspective she has brought to the board's deliberations," Chair Steven Owen said. "We wish Helen every success in the future."
Shares in Primary Health closed 0.6% higher at 146.60 pence in London on Thursday.
