(Alliance News) - Primary Health Properties PLC on Tuesday said that it will be making changes to the make-up of its board following a review.
The healthcare-focused property investor said that following a review conducted by the nomination committee, it believes the board should be comprised of four independent non-executive directors and two executive directors.

Independent Non-Executive Director Ian Krieger will become the senior independent director and Independent Non-Executive Director Peter Cole will become chair of the remuneration committee.
Non-Executive Director Stephen Kell will step down in April. He joined the company in November 2018.
"On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank both Helen and Stephen for their valuable contributions and perspectives to the discussions at our Board meetings and, in particular to Helen, for her assistance in ensuring the successful completion of the merger between PHP and MedicX. We wish both Helen and Stephen every success in the future," commented Independent Non-Executive Chair Steven Owen.
