(Alliance News) - Engineering company Pressure Technologies PLC on Thursday said a court sentencing in relation to a fatal accident in 2015 has been postponed until 2020.
The company's subsidiary Chesterfield Special Cylinders had been found guilty of a charge brought by the Health & Safety Executive following a fatal accident in June 2015.
"Due to a change in judicial availability, the sentencing hearing previously listed for 9 December 2019 has been postponed until the new year," Pressure Technologies said on Thursday.
Pressure Technologies shares were down 0.8% at 95.77 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
