(Alliance News) - Industrial valve manufacturing company Pressure Technologies PLC on Tuesday said it has hired Tim Cooper as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Cooper is currently a non-executive director at industrial chains manufacturer Renold PLC. He previously served as managing director & executive director at polymer making company Victrex PLC. He has significant experience at senior levels of international businesses in the industrial sector, Pressure Technologies said.
"I am delighted to welcome Tim to the group. His experience of growing customer-focused, quality-driven manufacturing businesses will ensure that he adds real value to the board," said newly-appointed non-executive chair Roy Gardner.
Gardner replaced Neil MacDonald on Thursday.
Shares in Sheffield-based Pressure Technologies were down 0.6% at 136.75 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
