LONDON (Alliance News) - UK waste management company Biffa Group Ltd is preparing plans for a stock market flotation, less than three years after the company's financial issues resulted in it being taken over by its lenders, Sky News reported on Sunday.
Biffa's owners, including hedge funds Angelo Gordon, Avenue Capital and Sankaty Advisors, have hired Rothschild to preparations for a listing that would take place in 2016, Sky said.

In addition, music instrument retailer Gear4Music early Monday announced plans to raise a GBP8 million in an initial public offering on AIM led by Panmure Gordon.
