21st Mar 2016 06:49

LONDON (Alliance News) - Financier Edi Truell is set to step down from his role with payment invoicing firm Tungsten Corp PLC in order to make a bid to buy its assets, Sky News reported.

Truell is understood to have informed his colleagues at Tungsten of his intention to bid for the company's assets, though the structure or value of his offer is unknown as yet.

As a result of the bid, Truell is set to step down as vice-chairman of the business that he helped to float in London three years ago.
