LONDON (Alliance News) - Tesco PLC is to launch its first own-brand smartphone by the end of the year, while a refreshed version of the Hudl tablet will be released in September, the BBC reports quoting Tesco Chief Executive Philip Clarke.
The BBC added that it understands the phone will run Google's Android software, and the specification will be comparable to phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S5, but will be aggessively priced.
