LONDON (Alliance News) - Sky PLC is preparing to launch its online streaming service NowTV in Spain, the Telegraph reported, with an eye on expanding into other European territories.
The telegraph reported that, if the launch is successful, it is understood Sky will target other territories where it has no satellite operation for its Now TV expansion.
This will put Sky in competition with Amazon.com Inc, which is also preparing to enter the Spanish market this year by launching its instant video service.
