LONDON (Alliance News) - Fertiliser firm Sirius Minerals PLC is to launch a GBP2.7 billion fundraise on Tuesday via both equity and debt, Sky News reported late Monday.
Sirius, which is developing the Woodsmith polyhalite mine in Yorkshire, is looking to raise funds from existing shareholders, Sky News said, and also announce new debt worth around GBP2.3 billion.
