LONDON (Alliance News) - The independent investigation into the background to the GBP200 million capital shortfall at RSA Insurance Group PLC?s Irish operations is expected to conclude that it was an isolated incident with no further write-downs needed, the Sunday Telegraph reported without saying where it got the information.
However, the Telegraph said it is unclear what the report will say of the three executives who ran the Irish business, with legal advice being sought by RSA and the audit firm behind the investigation, PwC.
The report is set to be published Thursday morning.
