(Alliance News) - Sky News on Saturday reported that Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC has begun searching for a new chair, as Ian Davis, who has held the title since 2013, is due to step down by early 2022.
The search is understood to be at a very early stage and a new chair is unlikely to be announced until well into 2021. This could potentially pave the way for its first foreign chair since the company was privatised by the UK government more than 30 years ago, Sky News said.

Shares in jet engine maker Rolls-Royce closed down 7.9% at 117.00 pence in London on Monday.
