LONDON (Alliance News) - The ongoing probe into suspected bribery by FTSE 100 engineering group Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC has spread to Nigeria, the Financial Times reported.
The Serious Fraud Office is now examining Rolls-Royce's former energy operations in Nigeria as part of a wider inquiry which already covers Brazil, Indonesia and China.

The expansion of the probe comes as Rolls-Royce is seeking to restore its reputation with investors following a slew of profit warnings as end-market pressures hit its marine, defence and aerospace businesses.
