LONDON (Alliance News) - Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC Chief Executive Ross McEwan is set for a meeting with the Bank of England over the bank's capital position, the Sunday Telegraph reported.
McEwan will meet Andrew Bailey, chief executive of the Prudential Regulation Authority, and Sam Woods, head of the PRA's domestic banks division, according to the paper.
Citing sources who said the conversation between the bank and the regulators will focus on RBS's capital position in light of McEwan's strategic review, which is set to be unveiled alongside the bank's full-year results, the Sunday Telegraph reported that the meeting will occur in the next two weeks.
