LONDON (Alliance News) - Aldermore Group PLC shares were trading lower on Friday at about midday after Reuters reported that two private equity shareholders have sold a 15% stake in the bank.
The report, which cited RBC Capital Markets as the bookrunner on the sale, said that AnaCap and Toscafund raised GBP145.5 million from the sale of 50.9 million Aldermore shares. The shares were sold at 286 pence, the report said.
Shares were down 3.0% at 286.00p midday Friday.
