LONDON (Alliance News) - Lloyds Banking Group PLC's Chief Executive has warned that proposals to make bankers prove they are not liable for major failures risk "incentivising people to do nothing," Sky News reported on Wednesday.
According to the report, Antonio Horta-Osorio told Sky News that he supports most of the new proposals to boost accountability in the banking sector.
