(Alliance News) - InterContinental Hotels Group PLC is working with recruiters to find a successor to Chair Patrick Cescau, Sky News reported late Monday.
Citing "City sources", Sky said a successor to Cescau, a board member since 2013, was likely to be in place in time for next year's annual general meeting.

InterContinental Hotels, which operates brands such as Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza, holds its AGMs in early May.
IHG shares were down 1.2% at 4,888.00 pence on Tuesday afternoon.
